The first-ever monitoring the stress-strain behavior of supporting structures in operating underground tunnels while building the traffic interchange
of the Filimonova street and Nezavisimosty Avenue held
in the Republic of Belarus with the help of the automated monitoring system
of the stress-strain behavior
of supporting constructions
SciBiM.

Nezavisimosty Avenue is the main street of Minsk that crosses Minsk radially from its center towards the North- East and accumulates the core city there.

The Moskovskaya subway line covers almost all Nezavisimosty avenue.

The intersection of Nezavisimosty Avenue and Filimonova street is located over the midblock of operating tunnels between Moskovskaya and Vostok metro stations.

Along Filimonova street there is a major handcrafted Slepyanskaya water-based system (built in 1981).

On the basis of the geodetic surveying, test data, electronic and analogous measuring instruments and on account of the construction schedule of the traffic interchange of the Filimonova street and Nezavisimosty Avenue building process, the spatial data model of the monitored object has been hammered out. It rebuilds the existing constructive solid geometry of the tunnel sections, ventilation connections and the geometry of surfaces to the extent.

The design data of complex spatial data model of the monitored object has changed according to the intended phase sequence construction of the traffic intersection in order to get the essential control indicators.

The spatial data model of the monitored object has been divided into the stages and has been updated in compliance with the cycles of collecting data from the measuring instruments as well as with the updates of geodetic survey. That allowed to monitor changes in geometry in the course of time, to combine data about the relocation of dots of work data on the construction site, as also to systemize and analyze large amounts of information.

The point cloud, received resulting from 3D scanning, has been loaded into the developed spatial data model of the monitored objects.

The three-dimensional model and the point cloud were united due to coordinate snapping and altitude for sight control of the actual position of constructions on the construction site to the design position.
